UNIVERSITY POLICY FOR STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES
Services for students with physical disabilities are coordinated through the Office for Access and Disability Services (ADS), including:
- physical disabilities
- neurologically-based disorders that trigger a physical response
- sensory disabilities
- chronic health conditions that rise to a level of a disability
- or a temporary injury that requires accommodations

Services for students with learning disabilities, ADHD, Autistic students, and students with mental health conditions that rise to the level of disability are provided by Learning Support Services (LSS).

Important Information for Faculty
Students who have not registered with LSS or ODS will sometimes approach professors to ask for accommodations. These students should be referred to LSS or ODS, so that appropriate accommodations can be worked out in conjunction with LSS. Instructors should not make special accommodations for students who have not registered with LSS or ODS.
