Our mentors are here to help you network because they want to give back, and because they also see the tremendous value in this experience and your achievements. VSB Graduate mentors are role models, advisers, and door openers. They are professionals who collectively represent a wide array of disciplines and who assist student mentees explore, consider, and prepare for the next step in their professional lives. Through the VSB Graduate Programs Track of the VSB Mentor Program, students have the opportunity to work with mentors for a one-year period; events will take place to create opportunities for in person connectivity.

ONE-ON-ONE COACHING
- Team up with a career services coach to discuss your goals and work together to develop a targeted strategy.
MBA MENTORING PROGRAM
- Partner with a ¸ÌéÙÖ±²¥ alum. Our algorithm will match you and your mentor based on shared goals. You’ll connect regularly with your mentor for guidance and advice.
LEADERSHIP COACHING
- Leadership coaching creates self-awareness, provides critical challenge and support, and helps drive transformational change, as defined by the Center for Creative Leadership
- Engage in a thoughtful and supportive coaching relationship to develop leadership skills, document goals and feedback, complete assessments, and set post-session actions and accountability.
